Contributing to a Health Savings Account (HSA) is a smart way to save for medical costs. Subsidize a specific amount each paycheck to cover your deductible and meet your healthcare needs. Money rolls over from year to year, so if you’re fortunate enough to stay healthy and incur few expenses, the money continues to add up and is available when you need it. In fact, you can even take it with you into retirement! Best of all, Dot also contributes seed money and matching funds annually to boost your HSA even further.  For more information or assistance with Dot’s benefits, speak to your HR manager.
