Five Things You Need to Know About Referrals

We will need the name of the person you are referring.
Contact Method
As well as their preferred contact method information: email or phone.
Apply
Once your referral has been submitted, that person has 30 days to apply on the Dot website. If they are hired, you may be eligible for a referral bonus.
No Limit
There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. We’ve had people refer 10+ people!
